Job Description

Randstad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote position, but candidates must be local. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English (written and verbal) and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing prompt and professional support to clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving inquiries related to insurance benefits.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include promptly and professionally responding to client inquiries via phone, chat, and tickets; developing product knowledge and effectively conveying information to customers; active listening and de-escalation of customer concerns; documenting customer interactions and resolutions; maintaining performance levels; resolving compliance issues; supporting teamwork; identifying and providing efficient solutions to customers.

Qualifications
Qualifications include fluency in French and English (written and verbal); previous customer service or call center experience in insurance program support; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication, empathy, and listening skills; ability to multi-task; excellent written communication skills; commitment to superior customer service; ability to work independently; strong judgment and critical thinking skills; minimum 3 years of experience in insurance program support; college degree preferred, high school diploma required.
