Rotational projects support specific business needs throughout PT. The rotations are tailored to provide challenging and meaningful assignments, training in technical and leadership skills, and coaching with rotation managers and mentors.

Training and development for ORDP Analysts includes:

  • 4 six-month rotational assignments within PT based in Mississauga

  • Formal internal and external development trainings

  • Presentation opportunities through the completion of each rotational assignment

  • Informal learning opportunities such as the ORDP Forum, participation in the Buddy Program, and networking events

How ORDP Works

The program provides analysts with opportunities to develop project management & technical expertise, support world-class manufacturing, and be involved in processes that significantly drive business productivity and profitability. Analysts will be responsible for projects on both an individual and team basis and will perform activities and functions as a member of their assigned department. Each analyst will partner with a rotation manager, who will guide them through the day-to-day activities of the department. Rotations last six months and are based on a combination of PT strategic objectives, specific departmental needs, and interests of the ORDP analysts. Rotations are based at the Mississauga Canada site with an opportunity to support work at our Hillsboro, Oregon, South San Francisco & Oceanside California facilities.
