Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
• Provide warm and courteous service to guests during the overnight shift, including check-in and check-out processes
• Monitor hotel security and respond promptly to any guest inquiries or concerns
• Handle reservations, including booking, confirmation, and cancellation procedures
• Assist with guest requests and inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas throughout the night
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Perform any additional duties or special projects assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or guest service experience is preferred
• Training will be provided to the right candidate
• Good communication skills, and fluent in English
• Detail oriented and an experienced problem solver
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Post-secondary education in a hospitality program is an asset
