About the Role

We’re seeking a Mechanical Designer to join a collaborative engineering team in Stoney Creek. This is a hands-on design role where you’ll create manufacturable drawings, support production, and contribute to research and development initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Create detailed, manufacturable 3D models and 2D drawings for production
• Generate and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve design challenges
• Support research and development initiatives for new projects
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous innovation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of machine design experience
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor (SolidWorks experience will also be considered)
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on designing for manufacturability
• Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team environment

Schedule & Structure

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (paid biweekly after 80 hours)
• Onsite role with no travel required
• Reports directly to the Engineering Team Lead
• Team size: 3 Mechanical Designers + Team Lead
