Lead the Surgical & Urology business unit at a global medical technology leader. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and distributors, driving product launches and overall market penetration. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the medical device industry, with a focus on surgical urology (disposable products preferred).
・3+ years of people management experience.
・Proven experience in product life cycle management.
・Demonstrated success in stakeholder management.
・Excellent communication skills in English.
・Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
・Proven ability to lead and manage projects successfully.
・Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
・Experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration).
