The Role

This is a 360° marketing role with a strong emphasis on Japanese content creation and go-to-market strategy. You will own initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and execution to performance measurement, with a particular focus on business-facing storytelling that builds credibility and trust.

You'll work closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership in a lean, high-impact marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and execution with a strong writing focus (customer interviews, testimonials, case studies, long-form content)
• Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across content, digital, and campaigns
• Translate business objectives into measurable marketing actions with clear ROI tracking
• Drive go-to-market execution for new offerings and market expansions
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while working cross-functionally
• Continuously optimize performance based on data and insights rather than vanity metrics

Must-Have Requirements

• Native or near-native Japanese writing ability (long-form content is core)
• Hands-on B2B marketing experience across planning, execution, and optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on impact and measurement
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or platform businesses
• Familiarity with tools such as analytics platforms, CRM, CMS, and design tools
• Experience with events, webinars, or integrated campaigns
• Informal leadership or mentoring experience
