Marketing Manager - Van Herpt Cars Kingston (Volvo & Mercedes) We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented leader who lives and breathes digital marketing to join our team and support our continued company growth. To be successful in this role you will need approximately 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. You should also possess a passion for cars and the automotive industry.

Job Purpose This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring digital campaigns as part of the overall marketing strategy.
Core Accountabilities - Leading digital marketing initiatives
- Target, prioritize, and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, visibility, and leads
- Organic social media posting and reporting
- Creation and management of social media content
- Management and reporting for email marketing campaigns
- Website updates
- CRM data management
Requirements - A diploma from an accredited institution with a focus on marketing, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing management with strong knowledge of digital mediums including major social media platforms, online media, current technology, and related applications
- Agency experience is an asset but not required
- Excellent understanding of social media marketing, including best practices and trends
- Experience social media management tools
- Proficiency in email marketing tools
- Proficiency with creating and managing Meta ads and boosted posts
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva
- Experience with website content management
- Excellent time management and communication skills
