About the Role:

As a Project Manager in the Glazing industry, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of glazing projects for commercial buildings. You will manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of curtain wall systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• conduct site assessments and prepare project scopes of work.
• Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are met.
• Track expenses, process invoices, and report on financial performance.
• Identify and address any financial risks or issues promptly.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Address any issues or defects promptly, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on all project sites.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure all team members are trained and aware of safety procedures.
• Address any safety incidents or violations promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all project documentation is archived and accessible for future reference.

Qualifications:

• A deep understanding of curtain wall systems, glazing
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Glazing industry experience (curtain wall/storefront)
• Budgeting and time management experience
• Project coordinator/management experience

Benefits:

• Base Salary - $90 - $110K
