【POSITION SUMMARY】
The Global Manager ・ Maintenance Standardization is responsible for development and deploying global standardization through training best practices standards and global benchmarking activities on highly automated equipment from very discrete components to system wide devices.

【ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
・Develop a global team and support RCM Engineering functions at all regional facilities.
・Work with Global RCM Engineering and AIOT managers to develop global proactive maintenance programs reporting and training
・Develop metrics for reporting equipment maintenance performance via AIOT
・Development of maintenance best practices and standards
・Established global spare parts strategies that support all regions
・Assist regional maintenance engineering teams in major projects for execution to schedule and support of global standardization
・Develop global CMMS system and integrate with global nonproduction spares strategy
・Support regional training centers with emphasis on Maintenance technician skill enhancement.
・Support Global Manufacturing Team with autonomous maintenance training
・Developer and Coordinator for RCM （Reliability Centered Maintenance） Team
・Global auditor for RCM shop self diagnosis
・Improves Plant to Plant benchmarking and standardization
・Develop relationship with regional maintenance through chairing weekly/monthly meetings
・Support development of a global M ECL （Maintenance ・ Engineering Career Ladder）
・Identify training gaps in RCM and M ECL program and implement countermeasures
・Development of Maintenance Supervisor and Technician training
・Manages a global team of trainers/supervisor provides leadership coaching guidance training and staff development
・Ensures alignment of maintenance system with Global KPI’s and industry standards （ISO IATF VDA etc.）
・Serves a major role in the launch of new plants by initial establishment of maintenance principles and practices.
・Ensures success of new launches through on site global shop floor support and training.
・Extensive travel required

※海外出張も発生いたします。（コロナ状況により変動あり）

スキル・資格

【IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS （Education and Experience）】
・Bachelor’s degree in Reliability Engineering or Associate degree in technical discipline or related field
・10 years maintenance experience with 5 years in a management role
・Demonstrated experience with automotive style manufacturing automation
・Demonstrated experience in maintenance and reliability best practices
・Experience with CMMS
・Reliability maintenance certification

【Other required Knowledge Skills and Abilities】
・Strong computer skills （Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint）; Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software to produce nonstandard creative products
・Self motivated self directed with minimum supervisory direction
・Strong communication and presentation skills
・Strong project coordination and judgment skills
・Ability to read and understand electrical pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
・Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
・Experience in maintaining automated process equipment.
