Our client is a technology firm specializing in software testing and quality assurance services.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead and support cross-border M&A projects, providing strategic insights and driving deal execution.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in M&A or related fields (investment banks, banks, FAS, business companies, or investment firms)
• 1+ year experience in cross-border M&A
• Business-level English (TOEIC 900+ recommended)

Preferred

• Experience abroad or with listed company M&A
• Knowledge of legal, accounting, and tax aspects of M&A
• Experience in IT industry M&A or PMI
