They value employees who are passionate about logistics and committed to delivering exceptional results.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Logistics Planning & Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of goods movement, from planning to execution and settlement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery. You will be a key player in driving improvements in logistics efficiency and performance. You will use your expertise to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery, optimizing routes and selecting appropriate carriers to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.■Main tasks include・Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of global general cargo transportation.・Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.・Manage relationships with logistics service providers (LSPs).・Oversee customs operations and compliance, including documentation preparation and submission.・Analyze and report on logistics KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.・Resolve logistics-related issues and ensure timely resolution of disputes.・Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic sourcing.・Develop and maintain accurate freight cost records and reporting.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Experience in logistics planning and operations within a multinational company.
・Proven expertise in managing global general cargo transportation, including Incoterms and customs procedures.
・Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
・Fluent in English and Japanese (business level proficiency).
