First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Sarasota, Florida.

Registered Nurse – Home Health
Location: Sarasota, FL 34238

 

Shift: Days | 5x8s (08:00–17:00)

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience
• OASIS training & experience required
• Private Duty Home Health experience alone will not be accepted
• Strong IV skills & wound care
• Experience with General Medical Dx & High-Risk Dx (HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, Stroke)
• Post-op care experience
• BLS required
• Home Skilled Visits: 6–8 per day
