MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment and recycle and reuse solutions. Who are we looking for?

Respond to on-site issues at major customers using the department of Industrial Solutions chemicals, conduct regular visits, collect samples, perform analysis, and report findings.
Support sales staff by assisting with on-site responses, customer communication, and submission of requested technical documents.

IS事業部の薬品を使用している主要顧客への日々の訪問、トラブル時の現場対応、薬液の採取、分析、報告、営業社員のサポート対応がメインの業務です。具体的には、現場対応、顧客との連絡窓口、要求された技術資料の提出サポート等。

What will you be doing?

Perform the tasks of Essential Duties and Responsibilities or equivalent experience as below

• Technical Service on site, Chemical analysis
• Anti-corrosion plating, e.g.
• Zn plating, ZnNi alloy plating
• Trivalent Cr passivate
• Topcoat
• And also other processes experience such as EN and Decorative

• 現場での技術サービス、薬品分析
• 防錆めっき（例：）
• 亜鉛めっき、亜鉛ニッケル合金めっき
• 三価クロムパッシベート
• トップコート
• その他、無電解ニッケルめっきや装飾めっきなどのプロセス経験も含む

Who are You?

• Languages: Japanese (Native Level), English (TOEIC 550-700 or above) preferred.
• Well communicate, situation handling skill.
• Be dynamic and have responsibility.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Material Sciences or Chemistry

• 日本語： ネイティブ、英語： TOEIC 550〜700以上の方優遇
• 円滑なコミュニケーション能力と状況対応力がある方
• 積極性と責任感を持っている方
• 化学分野での学士号、またはそれに相当する経験を有すること

What competencies will you need?

• Technical system skills (e.g. MS office applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, efficient online research)
• Manage and support Sales side multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to identify compliance risks and to escalate appropriately
• Demonstrate both creative and critical thinking skills #LI-ED1
