What You'll Do:
As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our custom magazines and digital content are produced smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Production Manager to keep projects on track, coordinate content submissions, and manage schedules. You'll also get hands-on experience in:
· Production Coordination- Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring every project milestone is met.
· Content & Distribution Management - Organizing content, updating mailing lists, and ensuring quality control.
· Team Communication - Keeping our internal team and Client-Partners informed and up to date.
· Workflow Optimization - Helping improve processes to make our production cycle even more efficient
What We're Looking For:
· An early-career professional with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
· A detail-oriented multitasker who can juggle multiple projects at once.
· A team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
· Tech-savvy-comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management tools, and eager to learn more!
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position Details:
Location: Fredericton, NB (Full-Time, Hybrid -- you MUST live in Fredericton, NB).
In person meetings are expected, but our main work is completed remotely.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000
