About the Role

We’re looking for a Jr Graphic Designer with strong motion skills and a natural eye for design. The ideal candidate not only knows the tools but also has a deep understanding of design fundamentals — typography, layout, color, and aesthetics. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, from motion-driven paid ads and explainer videos to product visuals and UI/UX projects in Figma. Reporting to the Art Director, you’ll collaborate across the company to bring ideas to life and elevate our brand.

What You’ll Do

• Design and animate video ads, explainer videos, and GIFs for paid media and website use
• Collaborate on product design projects in Figma, contributing to UI/UX workflows
• Create high-quality visuals across digital, web, and marketing channels
• Apply design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour theory) to ensure all work is visually strong and on-brand
• Prepare assets for campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional design experience
• Strong motion design skills with proficiency in After Effects (portfolio must include motion work)
• Proficiency in Figma, with at least one strong digital/UI project in your portfolio (UI/UX experience preferred)
• Solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional eye for design fundamentals — typography, layout, colour, and overall aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience in product/tech or startup environments
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital marketing platforms
• Illustration or 3D design skills
