Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and communicate with technology service providers, business-as-usual teams, solution delivery personnel, and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate contracts with purchasing, vendor management functions, legal teams, and external providers.
• Review contractual documents for scope of services, contract durations, executive overviews, detailed service descriptions, and terms and conditions.
• Implement finance administrative process improvements for information technology and communication functions.
• Monitor system approvals to ensure completion before the start date of contract services.
• Validate professional service fees and licensing budgets before seeking approvals.
• Assist with annual vendor audits in close collaboration with the vendor management function.
• Organize weekly meetings for chief information officer approvals where all technology spending items receive formal authorization.
• Keep forecasts of expenditures with major vendors up to date.
• Assist with any matters related to employment law.
