業務内容
The position is responsible for maximizing the value of early-stage assets by developing and implementing comprehensive pricing and reimbursement strategies for the Japanese market. This involves close collaboration with global and local corporate teams to provide strategic input based on Japan's healthcare system, patient needs, and drug pricing trends. The role requires forecasting changes in the external environment, creating action plans with internal departments, and leading a team to enhance its expertise and performance.■Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global and local asset teams to develop pricing and reimbursement strategies that maximize the value of early-stage assets.- Formulate and implement action plans with relevant internal departments to realize the strategic goals related to drug prices and reimbursement.- Monitor trends in government finance, the medical insurance system, and drug pricing rules to predict future changes and incorporate them into the asset strategy.- Ensure that internal and external stakeholders properly understand the value of individual assets from a pricing and reimbursement perspective.- Lead and develop the strategy group to maximize team performance, enhancing the skills and expertise of team members.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■Key Requirements
- Experience in pricing strategy and reimbursement-related services, ideally with experience working in cross-functional project teams.
- Deep knowledge of Japan's healthcare insurance system, drug pricing system (including J-HTA), medical fee system, and related laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with the pricing and reimbursement systems in Europe and the United States.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A university degree or higher and proficiency in English.
