Your opportunity: The Gift Implementation & Compliance Officer plays a vital role in supporting the administration of donor gifts and financial awards, both endowed and expendable. Reporting to the Director, Operations & Advancement Services, this position is responsible for interpreting gift agreements, ensuring gifts are implemented in compliance with agreements and university policies, ensuring stewardship plans are set up and pending steps are entered on the ARBOR database for timely completion, drafting and amending summary sheets and award records, managing award set up and fund transfers so awards are ready for disbursement, managing the approvals process for donations matching, managing financial records, proactively monitoring fund accounts, resolving issues related to disbursement, managing pledge reminders and complex pledge installments, fund close-out, tracking and reporting on award statistics , and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
