The Gaming & Esports Specialist will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, documenting under contract and managing and activating our partnerships with supported gaming and esports events, focussing on game publisher relationships and agreements.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and deliver impactful presentations that keep the organization informed and engaged with our department's initiatives and successes.

Our Gaming Program is expanding: We are developing collaborations with game developers and publishers around the world, unlocking opportunities for in-game integration, co-marketing activations, event organization or support, access to IP or content production. There are many game publishers in Japan; therefore, under the supervision of the Head of Gaming, you will be responsible for managing collaborations as the main point of contact with there Japanese game publishers. Additionally, the development and management of initiatives for global publishers led by Red Bull Headquarters in Japan are significant not only for Red Bull Japan but also on a global scale. With the increasing number of collaborations, we need someone who will be able to support the team on these topics.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership activations at supported gaming events. Ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and objectives. This includes setting clear objectives, timelines and deliverables.
You will act as the primary point of contact for our gaming partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open lines of communication. This involves regular check-ins, meetings, and updates to maintain a collaborative and productive partnership.
You will collect and analysis data to evaluate performance, generate insights, and provide detailed reports to internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the Post-Event Analysis. Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess the success of activations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Use insights to refine future strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
Work with the support of Red Bull’s legal (internal and external) to draft and/ or review agreements with game publishers for the planned partnerships and activations with game publishers. You will act as the key commercial contact in setting up, negotiating and review of these agreements and you will co-ordinate the input of the general legal team as well as specialist legal (intellectual property and media rights). You will also ensure that the agreements entered into with game publishers reflect Red Bull’s commercial intent, and also that all activations and partnerships are then activated in accordance with the agreement.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Media Network, Event Marketing, Player & Teams Departments, to leverage internal resources and maximize the impact of our Gaming & Esports Partnerships.
In this exciting role you’ll be supporting the Gaming & Esports Team to create marketing assets for the entire gaming portfolio.
You are the point of contact for our Brand Marketing Team regarding advertising, communication and branding materials using video games IP.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to update key stakeholders on the progress, performance, and impact of our gaming projects and partnerships.
