For all applicants: a Bachelors degree is required for Visa Sponsorship.
For non-native speakers of English: a Bachelors or Masters degree completed in English or 12 + years of Primary and Secondary education completed in English are required for Visa Sponsorship.
Applicants that have experiences teaching English to children ages 0-2 or any experiences working in a Japanese nursery are welcome. However, it is not necessary.

For all applicants: Obtaining a "Kosodate Shien-in" (childcare support) certificate is mandatory.
Applicants who have obtained the certificate are welcome to start working as a full-time employee as soon as possible.
Applicants interested in obtaining the certificate can start working as soon as possible as a part-time employee until the issuance of the certificate by the Municipal Office. The school offers study support systems for applicants willing to obtain a "Kosodate Shien-in" certificate.

【Salary】
200,000 yen / month (1st year)
220,000 yen / month (2nd year)

Yearly raises and bi-annual bonus in March and August are available based on yearly performance evaluation.
*For the first year of employment only one bonus will be given out. Starting from the second year of employment 2 bonuses in March and August will be given out.
For applicants in the process of obtaining the "Kosodate Shien-in" certificate a part time contract with an hourly rate of 1400 yen is offered.
【Working hours】
Working hours: Fixed 8 hour shifts with 1 hour break from Mondays to Fridays
Possible shift patterns: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Expected working hours: 40 hours/week
For applicants in the process of obtaining the "Kosodate Shien-in" certificate a part time contract with working hours of 40 hours/week is offered.
