【 Job Description】

The company actively leverages AI technology in its product development. In its own products, "GENIEE SFA/CRM" and "GENIEE CHAT," it offers AI-related features that improve customer work efficiency and productivity, such as automatic meeting minute summarization and automatic email generation using ChatGPT.

Amidst this environment, the group established a new subsidiary, "JAPAN AI Inc.," on April 11, 2023, to further promote AI technology-related implementation consulting, product provision, and research and development.

【Team Structure】 Approximately 65 members are part of the development organization.
Development is divided into the following groups:
・Client-Facing Solutions Development
・In-house AI SaaS Development
・Common Platform Development (Infra / Data / AI R&D)
→ This position is for: Expanding the team that provides customized solutions. Due to the rapid increase in demand for enterprise solutions utilizing AI technology, we are seeking Full-Stack Engineers who can deeply understand the unique challenges of clients and design and develop optimal AI solutions.

【Responsibilities】
In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks as a Full-Stack Engineer leading JAPAN AI's AI products:

【Specifically】
・System Development and Improvement:
Designing and building highly efficient and reusable systems.
Maintaining and improving existing systems.
Performing technical tasks such as data migration.

・Development of Specialized AI Agents:
Gaining a deep understanding of client requirements for each project.
Designing and developing client-specific custom AI agents.
Developing products on a project basis with a consulting-oriented approach.

・Understanding and Implementing Business Requirements:
Thoroughly understanding specifications provided by Project Managers.
Accurately grasping the project's background, goals, and deliverables.
Proposing and implementing technical solutions that align with business needs.

・Product Development Utilizing LLMs:
Designing and developing innovative products leveraging large language models (LLMs).
Generating new APIs through the integration of multiple APIs.
Designing and implementing with consideration for performance and maintainability.

【Development Environment】
Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, React
Backend: Python
Infrastructure: GCP, GPU Cloud Services
Development Tools: Slack, Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, GitHub

スキル・資格

【Required】
3+ years of web application development experience using modern frameworks.
2+ years of server-side implementation experience.
・Implementation experience in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java).
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Japanese (Fluent): Ability to discuss without discrepancies in product development.

【Preferred】
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
Experience in prompt engineering and development using LLMs (such as ChatGPT).
Experience in developing business solutions.
Ability to deeply understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in developing SaaS web applications.
Experience in designing and building large-scale and complex architectures.
Basic understanding and strong interest in Generative AI.
Ability to keep up with the latest technology trends and share knowledge and know-how within the organization.
