Position Overview:

ADL is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and neatly organized across multiple retail locations in the Charlottetown area. This is a physically active role that includes frequent lifting, moving, and stocking of products—ideal for individuals who enjoy staying on their feet and being hands-on throughout the day. As a brand representative, you will maintain product presentation, manage inventory rotation, and uphold company standards while fostering strong relationships with store personnel and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure shelves and coolers are stocked and organized according to store planograms.
• Maintain a clean, orderly product display and remove any damaged or expired items.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Complete and submit all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company and store policies, including safety procedures and sign-in/out protocols.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries, and supporting store personnel as needed.

Requirements:

• Open availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
• A reliable means of transportation to travel between retail locations.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing 50-70 lbs throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in grocery, retail, or merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and stocking products.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow and interpret store planograms.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and store teams effectively.
