Job Description

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Temporary 6 month contract (Potential to Permanent)

Downtown Toronto | 🕐 Onsite, 5 Days/Week

$25-30ph

We’re looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a reputable insurance company on a short-term contract with the possibility of going full time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors & manage calls
  • Handle mail, couriers, and supplies (including snacks & groceries and responsible for stocking up supplies in the kitchen throughout the day)
  • Keep office and kitchen areas tidy (including loading and unloading dishwasher, beginning and end of day)
  • Support meetings/events (room setup, catering)
  • Provide general admin support and liaise with building management

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ reception/office admin experience and being the first point of contact for anyone entering the office
  • Professional, organized, exceptional communication skills (able to communicate at all levels especially with C Suite executives)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to multitask and work independently
