Front Desk Concierge Location North Vancouver, BC :

We're an award-winning, eco-conscious salon with two vibrant locations on Vancouver's North Shore— Lynn Valley and Lonsdale —and we're looking for someone friendly, organized, and team-oriented to be the heart of our front desk.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact —greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
• Manage bookings, calls, and guest inquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Support stylists and the team by keeping operations running smoothly
• Help ensure every guest leaves with a smile
• Keep our space organized, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in a concierge or front desk role (preferably in hospitality or salon/spa)
• Strong communication skills—both in-person and on the phone
• Ability to multitask , stay organized, and keep calm under pressure
• Available Fridays, weekends , and at least 3 days/week (including mornings and evenings )
• A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a dynamic, guest-first environment

Work Location : In-person (Lynn Valley or Lonsdale)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.20 per hour
