Job Description
An Express Service Advisor is a customer-facing role typically found at automotive dealerships or service centers. The position focuses on handling quick maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, battery checks, and other minor repairs that can be completed in a short time frame—often without an appointment.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers as they arrive for express service.
Quickly assess vehicle needs and create service repair orders.
Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
Review completed work with customers and handle payment or warranty paperwork.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain dealership standards.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic automotive knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience, preferably in an automotive setting.
Computer literacy for inputting service orders and updates.
