Executive Administrative Assistant

Contract Role (12 Months, possible to extend or convert)

Pay Range: $30-$35/hour (under negotiation in case of converting or extention)

Were seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior/C-level executives in a fast-paced financial environment. This is a contract role (12 months) with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
• Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
• Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
• Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives (financial services/banking/insurance industry preferred).
• Experience in large organizations is mandatory!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Fieldglass, or Ariba is a bonus.
