We are looking for an experienced **Excel Expert** to repair and maintain our business financial spreadsheets. Our current workbook has multiple broken formulas that must be fixed, cleaned up, and restructured before automation can be implemented.
This role will also involve integrating Excel with QuickBooks, automating workflows, and ensuring data flows correctly across multiple sheets. The goal is to deliver a clean, accurate, and reliable tool that can be supported long-term. This is an ongoing, hourly project and long-term support needed.
**Responsibilities**
* Repair & Troubleshoot broken formulas in a multi-sheet workbook.
* Identify and correct broken or misapplied formulas.
* Ensure all calculations are accurate across linked sheets.
* Simplify overly complex formulas for stability and readability.
* Clean & Reorganize Data for accuracy and readability.
* Automate Processes using advanced Excel formulas & functions.
* Integrate with QuickBooks to sync financial data automatically.
* Link multiple spreadsheets for streamlined reporting and communication.
* Provide ongoing support for updates and troubleshooting..
**Required Skills**
* Advanced Excel formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
* Ability to troubleshoot complex errors in multi-sheet workbooks.
* Proficiency with Excel automation (including VBA & Macros)
* Spreadsheet clean-up and restructuring
* QuickBooks integration with Excel
* Data linking across multiple spreadsheets
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
**Experience:**
* Advanced Excel formulas & proven track record fixing broken or complex formulas in multi-sheet workbooks.
* Business or financial reporting experience.
* Proven ability to integrate QuickBooks with Excel.
* Strong background troubleshooting complex, multi-sheet workbooks.
* Experience implementing Excel automation tools
**Availability:** Able to start immediately.
