Job Description

Responsibilities:
Synectic Solutions is currently recruiting for a Team Lead that will be r esponsible for performing, training, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on a vast array of bombs, missiles, weapons systems, test equipment and associated equipment. The primary support command is Marine Air Groug (MAG) 36 located on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa Japan. This position will also provide as needed support for Air Base Kadena, Japan for deploying helo and fixed wing aircraft.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to  type model series aircraft are the AH-1W, UH-1N, CH-53E, and MV-22B and utilize familiarization with the FA-18EF and the F-35B/C aircraft.
• Provide on-site training (both formal classroom and on-the-job), logistics, and engineering, technical, and troubleshooting support for weapons systems integration for current and newly developed weapons systems.
  • This includes, but is not limited to providing comprehensive SME support in the areas of: 
    • (1) Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE)
    • (2) Aircraft Guns Systems (AGS)
    • (3) Aircraft Stores Management Systems (SMS)
    • (4) Armament Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE)
    • (5) Materials Handling Equipment (MHE)
    • (6) Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE)
    • (7) Test Equipment (TE)6nd any other associated equipment and components.
• Perform handling, lifting, bending, and transporting procedures to accomplish the required tasking.
• Stand in one place for extended periods while performing maintenance actions
• Execute maintenance actions are being performed on several weapons and weapons systems at the same time, which may require extensive walking and working in awkward positions.

 

Requirements

• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen and have an US Passport 
• BS Degree or at least 10 years of relevant experience 
• At least five (5) years of recent and relevant experience with fixed wing aircrafts  
  • AH-1W
  • UH-1N
  • CH-53E
  • MV-22B
  • FA-18EF
  • F-35B/C aircraft.
