Job Description

Are you looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment? At SHAHANI, the Associate role is your first step toward becoming a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Coordinator. This position serves as a structured training phase, giving you both hands-on experience and continuous learning to set you up for success.

From day one, you’ll receive comprehensive training, followed by a customized On-the-Job Training (OJT) program where you’ll apply your knowledge while being mentored by experienced professionals.

【Summary】
The Associate role is the entry point in the Recruitment Consultant career path at SHAHANI. After completing your foundation training, you will immediately begin a tailored OJT program. This phase is designed for you to learn, understand, and demonstrate your capability to grow into a full-fledged SHAHANI Consultant.

【Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)】
・Sourcing candidates (e.g., cold calls, LinkedIn scouting, email outreach)
・Managing candidate relationships (follow-up communication, screening support)
・Supporting administrative and ad hoc tasks (note-taking, data management, coordination with the research team, etc.)
・Shadowing senior colleagues to learn the full recruitment lifecycle
