Key Responsibilities

As an Events Assistant, you’ll collaborate directly with nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through live events and public engagement.

Typical day-to-day duties include:

  • Assisting with planning and executing nonprofit events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns

  • Supporting event logistics such as setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and onsite operations

  • Engaging donors, supporters, and the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation

  • Managing promotional materials, event supplies, and communications to ensure smooth event execution

  • Collecting and updating donor data, assisting with reporting and post-event follow-ups

  • Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure successful campaign outcomes

  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings to develop outreach and event management skills
