As an Events Assistant, you’ll collaborate directly with nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through live events and public engagement.
Typical day-to-day duties include:
Assisting with planning and executing nonprofit events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns
Supporting event logistics such as setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and onsite operations
Engaging donors, supporters, and the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation
Managing promotional materials, event supplies, and communications to ensure smooth event execution
Collecting and updating donor data, assisting with reporting and post-event follow-ups
Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure successful campaign outcomes
Participating in training sessions and team meetings to develop outreach and event management skills
No prior experience in events or nonprofits? No problem! We value the right attitude and willingness to learn, and provide full training.
