Entry Level Administrative Assistant $12-16 hr Full time ONSITE

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to
join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and
looking to grow with a stable and successful company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Assist with other office tasks and projects as assigned

Full-Time Job with Benefits - Not a Remote Position
Mon – Thurs: 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Fri: 7 AM to 12 PM (Noon) (In-Office Hours)
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
Reliable and punctual
