Job Description

STEP INTO THE ROLE / 業務内容

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Engineering Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments, external vendors, and contractors, assisting with scheduling and documentation management.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, purchase requests, and other departmental documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with tracking maintenance schedules, work orders, and preventive maintenance records.
• Support the Engineering leadership team with meeting arrangements, translation, and reporting tasks.
• エンジニアリング部門の円滑で効率的な運営をサポートする事務・庶務業務を担当します。
• 社内各部門や業者・取引先との連絡調整、スケジュール管理、書類管理を行います。
• 報告書、購買申請、各種記録などの書類を正確かつ迅速に作成・管理します。
• メンテナンススケジュール、作業依頼、予防保全記録の追跡をサポートします。
• 会議準備、翻訳・通訳、報告業務など、エンジニアリングチームの管理職を補佐します。

Qualifications

SKILLS THAT HELP YOU SHINE / 求めるスキル・経験

• Experience in administrative or secretarial work, ideally within a hotel or engineering-related department.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in Japanese (essential) with English communication skills preferred.
• A proactive, service-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
