Your Path: From Store Leadership to Multi-Unit Management

You'll start by leading one of our flagship locations to gain a deep understanding of our brand, team culture, and customer expectations. Once you've demonstrated operational excellence and strong team leadership, you'll transition into overseeing multiple locations as a District Manager.

What You'll Do – Phase 1: Single Store Leadership

  • Manage the full operations of a high-volume retail location
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive key metrics: sales, memberships, service standards, and profitability
  • Create a clean, welcoming, and customer-first environment
  • Build relationships within the local community
  • Lead by example - modeling our values and standards daily

What You'll Do – Phase 2: District Management (Multi-Unit Leadership)

  • Oversee operations and performance across multiple retail locations
  • Coach and develop General Managers and their teams
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and KPIs
  • Analyze business performance and create action plans for improvement
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and team trainings
  • Lead with influence, accountability, and passion

✅ Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments. Multi-unit leadership preferred.
  • A proven people developer with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • High level of accountability, work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Results-driven with a strong understanding of operational performance
  • A motivator who thrives on leading teams to exceed goals
  • Willingness to travel locally to oversee multiple locations
