About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Amazon Operations & Digital Sales. In this crucial role, you will spearhead efforts to scale and optimize all facets of our Amazon business. This involves taking full P&L ownership, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and making strategic decisions aimed at driving growth. You will focus on generating revenue, increasing profitability, and identifying new business opportunities. This position is fully remote and will report directly to the CEO, engaging closely with inventory, logistics, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to drive revenue growth and optimize Amazon operations.
• Execute strategic initiatives focused on profitability and market expansion.
• Conduct detailed analysis on Amazon metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience managing a 7- or 8-figure Amazon Seller Central business.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and revenue scaling.
• Expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, DSP, pricing strategy, and FBA/FBM workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Attribution.
• Experience in consumer products, particularly in giftware, home décor, or floral categories.
