Job Description

Position: Directional Driller – WEC Specialist (DMHV DD)

Location: Calgary, AB

Duration: 12-month contract

Shift: 12 hours, 21x7 rotation

Pay Rate: $C1200 per day

Requirement:

• Must possess strong SAGD (Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage) experience with a minimum of 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during operations.
• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Execute directional drilling services according to operational and quality standards.
• Participate in job risk analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement performance improvement action plans.
• Support and adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives.
• Consistently wear PPE and comply with all HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain all required safety training and certifications.
