We are looking for a Developer Python/Javascript for one of our clients, an investment bank set in Montreal
Key responsabilities :
- Participate in design thinking sessions to collect needs and specify required features
- Develop any required elements of the application from user interface to data management
- Manage several streams of work concurrently
- Bring a passion to stay on top of trends, experiment with and learn new technologies
- Follow and adopt Agile methodologies within the team
- Collaborate closely with the team and key stakeholders to ensure up-to-date documentation and deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- Estimate development efforts, report on project status, and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Support business systems by collaborating with IT teams, users, and stakeholders
- Ensure customer and regulatory deadlines are met while following company policies
- Act as a motivated, proactive, and highly contributing member of the project team
- Participate in and follow up on regular team meetings
About You:
- Proficient in verbal and written communications in English and French, able to adapt one’s communication to the
audience
- Experience in IT projects and Agile methodologies
- Proficient in SQL, data transformation, BI/Reporting
- Proficient in developing web applications and APIs
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPMN) concepts and tools
