The Opportunity

We're looking for an Intermediate Graphic Designer  to enrich our creative team with exceptional creativity, killer technical skills, and positive energy. This role is essential in the creation of design and production solutions across different media, including email, web, social media, paid ads, interactive experiences, and print design. Working within the design team, this role will implement projects with accuracy and attention to detail, ensure deadlines are met, and learn from tracking performance results.  This role focuses on graphic design and does not involve UX, VR or game design.

What You'll Do

  • Visual Storytelling: Partner with content writers and marketing specialists to translate ideas into engaging, on-brand visuals that tell clear and compelling stories.
  • Design Execution: Create and produce a diverse range of assets for social media, email, web, digital ads, YouTube thumbnails, and print. Execute design projects from concept to completion with precision and attention to strategic objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Creative Innovation: Contribute fresh, trend-aware ideas that push creative boundaries while supporting campaign goals. Demonstrate strong command of typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, and broader team to deliver high-quality assets on schedule. Communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail throughout the process.

What We're Looking For

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma .
  • Proven experience in digital and print design , including preparing production-ready files.
  • Strong understanding of color management, asset libraries, and workflow best practices .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — confidently pitch and articulate design ideas.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for design excellence.
  • Degree in Graphic Design (or related field).
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience with a standout portfolio spanning social, web, mobile, and print projects.
  • Full proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ability to design for responsive and mobile-friendly platforms .
  • Up to date with current design trends, techniques, and technologies .
  • Creative problem-solver with strong production and troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborative and communicative — actively contributes to team success and shared goals.
