Required Skills:
• The Appian Designer is responsible for designing and developing scalable low-code applications using the Appian platform to support business process automation across insurance and financial services operations.
• Design and build Appian applications including interfaces, process models, rules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation and support ongoing enhancements.
