Imperial, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
Review and verify the accuracy of information prior to data entry.
Maintain and update records, files, and documents as needed.
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Generate routine reports and summaries based on entered data.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Adhere to data management procedures and company policies.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (1+ years preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Strong typing skills (accuracy and speed).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
