Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Cybersecurity Consultant to lead projects and help shape the future of our cybersecurity division. The successful candidate will be entrusted with high-impact client engagements, aiming to grow into a general management role in the near future.
• Global Security Consulting: Support IT security unification across Japanese HQs and overseas offices for major securities firms.
• Government Cybersecurity Modernization: Participate in the conception and implementation of next-gen integrated systems across ministries.
• Large-Scale Security Audits: Execute multi-year audits across hundreds of departments for industrial clients, reducing enterprise risk

Job Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity consulting projects with domestic and global clients.
• Develop governance structures, incident response frameworks, and common security systems for multinational organizations.
• Engage from the upstream phase in national-scale cybersecurity infrastructure projects for government agencies.
• Drive long-term security audits and risk assessments for major industrial manufacturers.
• Collaborate directly with clients to propose and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions

Job Qualification:

• Proven project management experience
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity-related projects
• Passionate about solving problems using digital technology
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a lean, elite team
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly through trial and error

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud/on-premise servers
• Experience with network infrastructure
• Client-facing consulting or engineering experience
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Security and microsegmentation
• Experience setting up or upgrading SOC/CSIRT environments
• Understanding of NIST CSF or similar frameworks
• Holders of CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications

Language proficiency: Native Level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business Level english.
