Location: Montréal-Nord
Salary: $20-$21
Contract: Permanent, Full-time 37.5h/week
Schedule: Variable - flexible schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. + Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Start Date: August 19th

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and emails to assist them after their purchases.

Coordinate delivery, claims, or return requests with warehouse and store teams.

Answer questions related to billing, credits, or accounts.

Provide bilingual service (French and English) to customers across Canada.

Qualifications
Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written).

Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Be able to handle a fast-paced work environment (40 to 50 calls/day).
