RecrutXL, a recruitment firm, has been mandated by its client Proprio Direct, a fast-growing and highly reputable real estate agency, to recruit a full-time Recruitment Advisor – Direct Sourcing.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting real estate brokers to contribute to the agency’s growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and support experienced and new real estate brokers.
- Conduct interviews, present benefits, and provide personalized follow-ups.
- Participate in events at real estate training institutions.
- Contribute to recruitment strategies and territorial development.
- Support retention of newly hired brokers.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and energy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Passion for real estate and a drive to achieve goals.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and computer literacy.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
- An asset: training or experience as a real estate broker.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez comme mission de recruter, accompagner et intégrer des courtiers immobiliers afin de soutenir la croissance et la notoriété de l’agence.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Solliciter et accompagner des courtiers immobiliers (expérimentés et débutants).
- Mener les entrevues, présenter les produits et avantages, et assurer un suivi personnalisé.
- Participer à des événements dans des établissements d’enseignement en courtage immobilier.
- Contribuer aux stratégies de recrutement et de développement territorial.
- Appuyer la rétention des courtiers récemment embauchés.
Profil recherché
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en recrutement.
- Sens de l’organisation, professionnalisme et dynamisme.
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et communicationnelles.
- Passion pour l’immobilier et goût du défi.
- Connaissance du marché immobilier et maîtrise des outils informatiques.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
- Un atout : formation ou expérience comme courtier immobilier.
