【 Job Description 】
■Business Overview
In this position, you will be assigned to the CareWiz business, which offers services for the caregiving sector.
CareWiz operates under the mission: “Leveraging AI and systems to realize a diverse super-aged society.” By providing technology-driven services, CareWiz enables caregivers to focus more on people and less on administrative burdens.
One of the core products, CareWiz Toruto, is an AI-powered physical function analysis service developed using AI technology and the expertise of physical therapists. It allows users to easily visualize physical functions—such as gait and oral movement—simply by recording a video with a smartphone.
The results are displayed in an easy-to-understand communication sheet, which can be shared directly with users, their families, and care managers. Additionally, it promotes smoother collaboration among staff by enabling communication through video-based assessments.
The service has already been introduced in over 700 care facilities and municipalities across Japan, supporting simpler and more evidence-based gait analysis and on-site assessments.
Currently, CareWiz Toruto has been implemented in approximately 800 care facilities across Japan, achieving an 80% reduction in the time required for physical function assessments (*1).
Additionally, 95% of users who experienced gait analysis expressed a desire for regular assessments (*2).
The number of individuals analyzed has now surpassed 100,000, demonstrating the widespread adoption and impact of the service.
■Role Overview
You will be responsible for both Tech Lead duties and product design in the development of CareWiz Toruto.
Across multiple projects related to Toruto, the Tech Lead is expected to ensure system and code quality as well as architectural design, while also collaborating with the PO/PM to lead product design.
Your immediate responsibilities are expected to include the following:
■Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and improvement of the overall Toruto system, including frontend, backend, and AI components
Improve code quality through activities such as code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and implementing unit tests
Enhance software architecture using the AWS environment
Conduct risk analysis and implement improvements for the Toruto system
Provide management support to help drive project progress
Additionally, since you’ll be working closely with business members and involved in product planning, there will be opportunities to take on responsibilities aligned with a Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager (PdM) career path.

スキル・資格
【Required】
3+ years of experience in web application development
Knowledge of languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript
Extensive experience in web application development
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and databases
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
【Preferred】One or more of the following:
Knowledge of networks, memory management, or software testing
Knowledge of UI development
Understanding of agile development processes and familiarity with the caregiving industry
