Job description

• Account management
• Project management (progress management, issue management, risk management, etc.)
• Reporting to the Steering Committee
• Project strategy development
• Formulate an action plan (PoC, requirements definition, testing and migration, training, etc.)
• Liaison with clients and our overseas bases

Job Qualification:

• At least 1 year of experience in system-related projects (regardless of development or PMO)
• Experience in preparing management report materials
• Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English
• (Manager or above) 3 or more project management experience
• (Manager or higher) Project launch experience

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience in system development projects from requirements definition to testing and migration releases
• Experience in project management with more than 50 stakeholders
• Facilitating meetings and workshops in English
• Experience in insurance work or insurance projects

Language Requirements : Business level Japanese (N2) & Business English conversation skill.
