Job Description

This role focuses on designing and producing creative assets that strengthen brand presence and enhance customer engagement. You will play a key part in campaigns, events, and multi-channel creative initiatives.

Description

* Support planning and development of brand campaigns, events, and projects.
* Design and produce creative assets across digital, print, retail, and event platforms.
* Create campaign visuals, social ads, event branding, brochures, packaging elements, in-store displays, and presentations.
* Contribute to brand storytelling through engaging content and design.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives.
* Maintain consistency and quality of design across all customer-facing channels.
* Stay up-to-date on design and CX trends, sharing fresh insights with the team.

Profile

* 1-3+ years of experience in branding, marketing campaigns, or creative design (agency or in-house).
* Proven track record of multi-channel creative deliverables (digital, print, event materials, campaign visuals).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Understanding of brand design principles and CX.
* Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Business-level Japanese; English proficiency is a plus.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
* (Preferred) Skills in 3D design tools, motion graphics/video editing, or styling for product shoots.
