Now that the company has entered its second decade of business, it will continue to provide a better dietary life for producers and customers through new initiatives and tricks, such as strengthening the products and services of each brand, establishing a new large-scale distribution center, and building a logistics system.

【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

The company is looking for a Backend Engineer to support the growth of the company's services!

【Recruitment Background】
At the company's food delivery e-commerce service, they are advancing a system construction plan aimed at providing a more user-friendly system for their customers. This involves resolving technical debt while enabling rapid service delivery.
They are currently in the process of gradually modernizing their systems, skillfully leveraging the strengths of their existing infrastructure. To drive development that aligns with market changes while defining the ideal customer experience through concrete personas, they are seeking a Backend Engineer to lead the backend group and work on improving development productivity.

【About the Department】
You will be assigned to the "Backend Section" within the Software Engineering Headquarters, which currently has five members.
During the initial period when you are still getting accustomed to the role, senior team members will provide support. Additionally, many of the engineers work primarily remotely, and the company has established a well-equipped remote work environment.

【Responsibilities】
(You will be assigned appropriate tasks based on your experience and aspirations)

・Construction of system infrastructure, requirements definition, design, and development related to functional improvements of the company's e-commerce site.
(Examples: Development of features for linking with external services, development of new services for members, reduction of database load, improvement of batch processing performance)
・Architectural design considering performance and scalability to ensure stable operation even during peak access times.
・Building robust systems for weekly customer deliveries, code reviews, and quality assurance through test automation.
・Controlling project plans in team development, including team leadership and self-management in development projects.
・Technical proposals and improvement suggestions for service enhancement in collaboration with other departments and teams.

スキル・資格

【Required】
・3+ years of web application development experience (Java + Spring Boot).
・Experience in designing and developing systems using the cloud.
・Experience using version control tools (Git).
・Knowledge and experience to design, develop, and review applications with consideration for fault tolerance and maintainability.

【Preferred】
・Experience in considering and proposing architecture from scratch in web system (Java) development.
・Development experience using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
・Experience in building build & deploy pipelines using CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JUnit, etc.).
・Experience in building applications using the cloud (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).
・Experience in designing, developing, and operating applications utilizing container technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
・Experience in improving development environments, etc.
