The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain APIs and services that support marketing operations (e.g., lead generation, email automation, CRM integrations).
• Develop and maintain server-side logic and data structures to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Integrate internal tools with external marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ad platforms).
• Collaborate with front-end developers, data analysts, and marketers to deliver seamless user experiences and actionable data.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high system availability and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience in web design
• Experience in UI/UX design of apps
• 3+ years of experience in backend development of web apps
• 1+ years of Python/GO development experience in web apps
• Experience in cloud development
• Experience investigating/responding to web application (medium-scale or larger) issues

[Preferred Skills]

• Understanding and able to explain clean architecture/onion architecture and SOLID principles
• Experience in front-end development (Nuxt, Next)
• Experience in a wide range of web application requirements/development/operation/maintenance
• Domain knowledge of development including marketing elements
