アシスタント HR マネージャー チーム メンバー 担当は研修分野ではプレイングマネージャーとして活躍すると共に、 HR オペレーション業務全般を担っていただきます。人事部長と連携しながら多様性と国際色に富んだチームメンバーをリードする、将来の幹部候補を目指すのに最適なポジションです。
- チームメンバーの研修、指導、育成の計画策定及び実施
- 人材開発・教育のサポート
- チームメンバーの日常相談、キャリアアドバイス
- 社員寮、社員食堂やロッカーなど職場環境の維持・改善、慶弔対応、従業員の相談対応
- 入退社の手続き
- 衛生管理業務（安全衛生委員会、健康診断、法定関連検査等）
- 人事部長への各種レポーティング（例：人員管理、人材開発、労務管理、リージョナルオフィスとの連携など）
- 人事（ HR ）関連の予算策定および管理のサポート
- HR オペレーション業務全般の補佐（例：採用、入退社手続、就労ビザ手続き、安全衛生、福利厚生など）
- 外部からの苦情・問題の対応
- ハラスメント対応を含む懲戒事案対応
- 社内イベントの計画・実行
- 国内外メンバーの赴任交通手段手配、必要書類作成、外国人メンバーの各種手続きのサポート
- 関係官庁関連業務（労災報告、助成金申請、各種報告書の作成・報告など）
