Mechanical or Electronic Assemblers Needed - 1st or 2nd shift - weekly Pay $20-23/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical parts into finished products. You will work with various tools and assembly equipment, ensuring that all components meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Read and understand Assembly Prints, Bill of Materials, ECO's, and Assembly Processes.
Assemble electrical and mechanical parts into finished products using different types of tools and assembly process equipment.
Frequently use screwdrivers and torque wrenches.
Hand solder components, depending on department needs.
Utilize computer workstations for record-keeping and testing purposes.
Perform electronic testing on final assemblies using various test equipment.
Perform quality control inspection functions.
Consistently lift up to 40 pounds.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, small screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

Work Environment
Our production facility operates from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees are provided with smocks and safety glasses, while safety toe shoes must be supplied by the employee. The work environment may have a strong epoxy smell in certain areas. The large production area supports various lines for Gas and Flame Detection sensors. We ensure cross-training for every candidate, placing them in departments where they excel and feel comfortable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington MN - Additionally, we are hiring in our Automation Department in Shakopee MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
