Appointment Setter (Must have Sales Experience) Location North York, ON :

PLEASE READ: This is a part-time 16-20hrs per week job. You must be able to work the following schedule. This is non negotiable.

Monday: 12pm-5pm

Tuesday: 12pm - 3pm

Thursday 3pm-6pm

Sunday: 9am - 2pm

Base: 20/h

Commission included with OTE of 36/h

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our start-up team. The primary responsibility of this role is to take warm inbound leads and convert them into scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, exceptional proficiency in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a work-from-home position requiring you to make calls for at least 3 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls for a minimum of 3 hours each day to potential clients.
  • Convert warm inbound leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Book and manage a minimum of 20 appointments per week.
  • Organize appointments within a designated area to optimize time and travel.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments scheduled.
  • Follow up with potential clients as necessary to ensure appointments are confirmed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in using them.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
